Welcome to EDGWARE MASORTI SYNAGOGUE. We seek to approach Judaism in accordance with Halacha, in a non-dogmatic manner which allows us to examine our beliefs and practices critically.

We aim to develop a community which enables all its members to grow and develop personally, as well as to give expression to their religious beliefs in a caring and supportive environment. We aim to provide a broad range of activities, to allow members to participate according to their interests. In short, we seek to develop a different sort of Shul.

Visitors are always welcome at EMS, so please don't hesitate to call the Shul office on 020-8905 4096 to arrange a visit. If you are calling from Europe, you should dial 00-44-208-905 4096; from the US and Canada, please call 011-44-208-905-4096.

For security reasons a pre-arranged visit is always preferred.

Edgware Masorti Synagogue is located in the town of Edgware, a suburb on the north-west edge of London, some 9 miles to the North of Marble Arch on both main routes North from London. We are NOT located in the Edgware Road area of central London, and the London Underground station is EDGWARE and NOT Edgware Road.

Edgware station is at the northern end of the EDGWARE BRANCH of the underground system's NORTHERN line. Edgware is also served by numerous buses, including route 113 from Oxford Circus. Our Shul and office is a 2 minute walk from the station. To see a map, or an aerial photo, click the link on our postcode on the top right corner of any page.

Edgware town centre is also 2 miles from the southbound only Edgware exit (number 4) of the M1 motorway.

Enter your location into the Transport for London journey planner on the right for all the TFL travel options to reach us.
