Text Box: Tuesday 21st February: The EMS Bridge Club runs every Tuesday evening and has been one of the shul’s best fundraisers. We are pleased to announce that we are now offering supervised play, which will be running concurrently with Bridge Club on Tuesday evenings and hope to soon be offering Bridge lessons for all levels. We play in the shul hall from 8-11pm and ask people to arrive by 7.45pm.  Refreshments are provided.  The entrance fee is £6.  Members and non-members are welcome.   If you play duplicate bridge or have friends who play, please spread the word.

Thursday 23rd February:    EMS Friendship Club:  The Friendship Club is a social group for the senior members of our community and their friends. They meet at EMS every Thursday from 11.30am when they chat and some members play cards. After a ‘homemade’ lunch they have outside entertainment at 1:30pm (guest speakers, quizzes, live music, singers, etc) and meetings finish with tea and biscuits. They are always delighted to welcome new members.
Tuesday 21st February The Association of Jewish Refugees (AJR) hold a monthly meeting at EMS. Starting at 2.00pm their afternoon includes a speaker and ends with tea. All refugees, descendents and survivors are welcome to attend the meetings with a view to joining the AJR.

Wednesday 22nd February: Shofar blowing session:  Holding a “Learn to Blow the Shofar” session at 8.00am for anyone who is interested.

The last Shabbat of each month: Nosh N’Drosh - Tea, chat and  informal study of modern issues through Jewish eyes.
Please email the office to let Rabbi Collick know you are attending

Did you know that we have a Social Club for Over 60s at Edgware Masorti? The Club meets on a Thursday and you are invited to join them either at 11.30am when they chat or play kalookie until lunch and then from 1.30pm-3.30pm they have speakers or entertainers. You are welcome just to come for the afternoon session if you wish.
